The XVIIIth century mansion ESTRIXHOF, is located right in the centre of the beautiful Flemish medieval town of Mechelen. The mansion is named after Mayor Estrix of Mechelen, who had his residence here at the start of the XIXth century. During the reign of King William I he was a member of the Second Chamber of the States General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, which at that time comprised the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The present owners of ESTRIXHOF, Mirjam and Rogier Chorus, are pleased to welcome you in the Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Russian language, and are delighted to offer bed and breakfast service to you in their home. At your visit you may fancy being back in the 18th century.
